§ Mr. J. HyndReceipts in the British zone of bread grains, oats, brown coal briquettes, pitprops, tyre cording, chemical pulp and newsprint are in arrears. On the other hand, there have been substantial over-deliveries of potatoes. I understand that frozen canals and ice in the Baltic ports have been major factors in delaying deliveries.
