§ 125. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Minister of Supply the total production of civilian goods manufactured at the Royal Small Arms Factory, Enfield, during the 12 months ended 31st March, 1947, and the nature of such production by type, quantity and value.
§ Mr. WilmotThe principal civilian goods made during the period in question were hand tools for Government training schemes and components for excavators. There was also miscellaneous engineering work for local contractors.
§ 126. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Minister of Supply the numbers of industrial and non-industrial staff employed at the Royal Small Arms Factory, Enfield, at the latest available date.
§ Mr. WilmotOn 21st June, 1947, the numbers were 1,230 industrial and 251 non-industrial employees.
