§ Mr. J. FreemanWith regard to the first part of the Question, I would refer to the statement which is being circulated in reply to Questions Nos. 24, 41 and 43. The arrangements for remittances by prisoners of war to Germany are now working satisfactorily and there is no reason to believe that in future payment28W in Germany will not be made promptly. The answer to the last part of the Question is, "No."
