§ Mr. BarnesThe tests between Wimbledon and Raynes Park have been completed and a limited mileage of smooth-running track is being made, experimentally, by the Southern Railway as and when labour and materials are available. It would be premature, as yet, to say whether it will be introduced generally on main line railways.
