§ Mr. MayhewNo, Sir. The policy of His Majesty's Government with regard to the treatment of Germany as an economic whole was made abundantly clear during the Moscow conference, and this question will be discussed again at the next meeting of the Foreign Ministers in November. It would not serve any useful purpose to make representations to the Russians on this subject at present.
