§ 92. Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is aware that the two principal periodicals of the Old Catholic Church in Germany have been obliged to cease publication; and if, in view of the fact that Roman Catholic and Lutheran periodicals are able to appear, he will cause to be made available to the Old Catholic Church authorities the small quantity of paper and such other facilities as they need.
§ Mr. MayhewI am not aware that these two periodicals have been obliged to cease publication. We are favourably considering an application for a licence for them to begin publication.
