§ 65. Mr. Skinnardasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will consider the appointment of an additional judge to the Supreme Court of Trinidad, in view of the present congestion of litigation especially in civil cases.
Mr. Creech JonesA Fourth Puisne Judge has recently been appointed, as announced in the "London Gazette" of 21st May, and will proceed to Trinidad at the end of his present leave.
