§ 40. Mr. Harrisonasked the Secretary of State for War if he will give instructions to all Army personnel to reduce by every possible means the use of public highways by Army vehicles with caterpillar tractors during hot weather and thus avoid undue damage to tarmac road surfaces.
§ Mr. BellengerRegulations are already in force reducing the use of public highways by tracked vehicles to a minimum and confining such vehicles, where possible, to minor and secondary roads.
