53. Mr. Vaneasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will give an assurance that no member of the staff of the Forestry Commission will enter private woodlands to obtain data for the current census of woodlands without reasonable notice first being given to the owner.
§ Mr. T. WilliamsNo. The technical staff engaged on the census will do their best to notify as many woodland owners as possible but in view of the time factor and the extensive inquiries which would be necessary to ascertain the ownership of all woodlands concerned it will not be possible to give prior notice in every case.
