§ Mr. A. HendersonIn pursuance of the policy announced by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies on 18th February, 1946, a War Damage Commission is now at work in Burma. They hope that it will be possible for them to submit a preliminary report to the Government of Burma by July. It will not be possible for His Majesty's Government to make any statement of their views until the Governments concerned have received the reports of all the Far Eastern Claims Commissions.
