§ Mr. BelcherThe procedure introduced last year for the disposal of parachute canopies hasrecently been changed. Under the new arrangements, which are now ready to operate, silk canopies will be disposed of through the silk trade. Other canopies will be distributed through the Surplus Textiles Corporation. Uncut parachute material in the piece has been disposed of like other surplus piece goods through normal trade channels.
