§ Mr. KeyThe premises were occupied for six years by the Civil Defence Authority and are being converted for use as offices by the Co-operative Permanent Building Society who have to find new premises. The local authority agreed to the issue of a licence and most of the work is being carried out by specialist craftsmen.
