Mrs. Patonasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that villagers in Costoch, Notts, have to walk half-a-mile to get water for 12 council houses because their wells have been condemned as unfit for use; that his attention was first drawn to this state of affairs by the hon. Member for Rushcliffe in 1945; and whether he will take steps to provide water for these houses since there is no shortage of the necessary waterpipes.
