§ Mr. J. FreemanI presume the hon. and gallant Member is referring to one of the ceremonies held in honour of the Dutch National Day of Remembrance. These were organised by local Dutch committees who were responsible for all the arrangements. Ceremonial openings of British military cemeteries are not held.
