Mr. Walkdenasked the President of the Board of Trade whether in view of the menace to public health caused by inattention to street pig bins which have become breeding grounds for flies and feding places for rats and mice, the will instruct local authority medical officers of health to enforce regularity of collection of waste food and thorough disinfection of the bins, particularly during the summer months.
