§ Mr. IsaacsUnder the programme which I announced on 18th March, 163,110 men and 12,490 women, or a 117W total of 175,600 were to be released of discharged from the Armed Forces and Auxiliary Services in the second quarter of the year. The actual number released or discharged was 184,860, including
