§ Mr. Sparksasked the Attorney-General if he is aware that the publication in the Press of information in regard to wills and bequests leads to an increasing number of burglaries; and if he will take steps to ensure that such publication shall not take place without the consent of the beneficiaries.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI am not aware of any increase in the number of burglaries owing to the publication of wills and bequests referred to by the hon. Member. In any event, there are no powers under which such publication can be prevented.
