Mr. Parkerasked the Minister of Supply what measures he proposes to take to encourage the collection of scrap iron, including obsolete tanks and guns and discarded vehicles at present disfiguring town and countryside, as a means of meeting the present scrap shortage and of economising in coal consumption.
