§ Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Secretary of State for War whether in view of the evidence given at the trial to the effect that he was not the moving spirit in his association with a British girl for which he has been sentenced to 56 days' detention, he will review the case of Paul Herlach, No. 38 German prisoner-of-war working camp, Rultun, Denbighshire, with the object of reducing or remitting the punishment imposed.
