§ 31. Mr. Willisasked the Minister of National Insurance if, in framing the National Assistance Bill, he will ensure that any further financial help given in respect of any disease, over and above the benefits payable under the National Insurance Act, will not be confined solely to those cases where recovery is probable and where such payments are likely to he of economic benefit to the State.
§ Mr. J. GriffithsI cannot anticipate the terms of the National Assistance Bill but my hon. Friends and I will certainly consider sympathetically the course urged by my hon. Friend.
