§ Mr. T. WilliamsManufacturers of tractor tyres and of baling wire are endeavouring to increase their output in order to meet the greatly increased demand, but until current shortages of materials can be overcome, it will not be possible to meet full requirements. In the meantime, available supplies are being distributed as fairly as possible and I am afraid any particular area could only be helped at the expense of another.
