§ Mr. A. HendersonI have no reason to suppose that the position of our missionaries, or indeed of missionaries of any nationality in India, will be in need of a safeguard other than the right to freedom of conscience and the right freely to profess, practice and propagate religion, which I anticipate will be readily accorded in the new Indian constitutions.
