§ Mr. Granvilleasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will consider making the reduction of Stamp Duty on articles of clerkship retrospective so as to include these at present serving under articles, or, as a gesture to ex-Service men, grant a refund of Stamp Duty to those who paid the £80 on entering into articles after war service.
