§ Mr. WilmotRepresentatives of Dominion, Colonial and foreign Governments are informed of surplus Government stocks to assist in quick disposal. Where United Kingdom trades or export organisations are interested in the purchase of our surpluses for export we willingly refer to them inquiries of a commercial nature from overseas buyers, so that sale may be made through normal trade channels.
