§ The Attorney-GeneralThe publication to which my hon. and learned Friend refers has been considered by the Director of Public Prosecutions, who is of the opinion that, though no doubt objectionable and offensive in many respects, it does not constitute a breach of the criminal law. With this opinion I see no reason to disagree.
