§ 70. Mr. Peter Freemanasked the Minister of Fuel and Power, in connection with the proposed new electricity generating station at Fifoots Point, Newport, what is the total estimated cost involved; when the first part of the plant will be started; what areas it will serve and what manpower will be involved; and whether he is satisfied that all the necessary material, equipment and labour will be available for it to be completed promptly, in view of the need of increased electricity in this area.
