Mr. Sharp

asked the Secretary of State for War whether Government property marks on photographic materials and, in particular, tins of panchromatic films, are removed or obliterated by the Army salvage depot at Singapore before sale at public auction; or how civilians or Servicemen in possession of these types of materials, which can be bought in the open market, are expected to prove that they are not in improper possession of Government property.
