§ The Prime MinisterI regret that, in existing circumstances and pending the Council of Foreign Ministers to be held at Moscow on 10th March, it is not possible to give the exact date at which the state of war with Germany will in law be terminated. Meanwhile, technically, the state of war still continues to exist between the United Kingdom and Germany.
