§ Mr. DaltonI assume that the hon. and gallant Member refers to Section II (b) of the Anglo-Argentine Agreement regarding payments. The probability of a deficit between the Argentine and the Sterling Area during the coming four years is hypothetical, and in my view consideration of this hypothetical question may be deferred until there is some reasonable prospect of its becoming actual.
