§ 89. Mr. Lipsonasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if, in view of weather conditions, he will extend for one month the availability of supplementary S. or E. petrol coupons, which normally would expire on 28th February.
§ Mr. ShinwellThere is no need to extend the availability of supplementary petrol coupons which are due to expire on 28th February. These coupons are issued for four monthly periods and the return of unused coupons at the end of a period does not prejudice the grant of an allowance for the next or succeeding period.
