101. Mr. Rees-Williams

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will appoint a commission to inquire into the adequacy of the salaries paid to Government servants in Hong Kong; and how such salaries compare to remuneration received by persons employed by professional and commercial firms in the Colony.
