Member for Mile End, of a train consisting of 75 mineral wagons which stood with steam up for 11 hour 10 minutes on 5th-6th December; and it he will make a statement.
§ Mr. BarnesYes, Sir. The railway company advise me after investigation that in the conditions of congestion which prevailed on the day in question, to have taken any other course would have resulted in greater interference with traffic movement.
