§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1) for what reasons he has been unable to include the paper, "Dziennik Polski i Dxienik Zolnierza," on the approved list for circulation in the British zone of Germany;
(2) for what reason permission to include the Polish daily newspaper "Slowo Polskie" among papers circulated in the British zones has been refused by him.
§ Mr. J. HyndThere is no prohibition on the admission, subject to censorship, of either newspaper to the British zone of Germany through ordinary postal channels. The approved list refers to a restricted number of newspapers which are given facilities for free distribution in displaced persons camps through official British channels and this list cannot be extended to include papers having a consistent tendency to discourage repatriation or indulge in propaganda against the Allied Powers.
