§ Mr. BelcherThe obligation to disclose the information referred to in the first part of the Question was imposed by Section150W 145 of the Companies Act, 1929, on all companies registered since 23rd November, 1916, and continues throughout the existence of the company unless it is expressly exempted by Order of the Board of Trade under the section.
