§ Mr. J. DugdaleThe numbers at present attending pre-vocational courses in the educational vocational training centres attached to the manning depots are as follow: bricklaying 15, plumbing 25, decorating 29. E.V.T. Courses do not exceed one month, and generally speaking it is not practicable to employ E.V.T. trainees on improving conditions in the barracks.
