THE EARL OF MACCLESFIELDasked his Majesty's Government when they propose to revoke the Motor Vehicles (Variation of Speed Limit) Provisional Regulations, 1940, and thus bring civilian drivers of Service vehicles within the jurisdiction of the Civil Courts in respect to the provisions of the First Schedule to the Road Traffic Act 1930.
