HC Deb 10 February 1947 vol 433 c5W
Professor Savory

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is now satisfied that, in accordance with Clause 10 of the Potsdam Agreement, representatives of the British Press enjoy full freedom to report to the world upon developments in Bulgaria.

Mr. McNeil

I have no evidence that representatives of the British Press in Bulgaria, provided they are of British nationality, have been prevented from reporting freely. I am not sure that local representatives of non-British nationality enjoy equal freedom.
