§ Mr. HardmanAll the students admitted to Emergency Training Colleges have been engaged in some form of wartime national service. Of the students actually in training at the latest date for which figures are available, 5,055 men (80 per cent.) and 485 women (19.6 per cent.) had served in one or other of His Majesty's Forces.
