§ Mr. BelcherOnly token imports of mirrors are now being allowed and their value could equal at most about two per cent. of current home production. Supplies of sheet and plate glass are short and have to be rationed by the manufacturers. This glass is not being exported to Belgium, which has by far the largest share of the token import quota.
