§ 60. Mr. Draysonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if old age pensioners who find it necessary to cash 15s. Savings Certificates in order to maintain their standard of living while awaiting receipt of old age pension books at the new rate, will be permitted to repurchase certificates of this issue if their new pension books have not been received by 1st April, 1947.
