§ Mr. BellengerPrisoners of war are allowed to arrange football matches among themselves and between teams328W from neighbouring camps. Matches between prisoners of war and British troops or local village teams are also permitted. If prisoners of war are invited to take part in other sporting events or wish to do, each case will be considered on its merits.
