39. Mr. Walker-Smith

asked the Secretary of State for War how many officers and other ranks have been killed, wounded or subjected to physical assault by Jewish terrorists in Palestine, since 1st August, 1945.

Mr. Bellenger

The casualties which are detailed below, total 55 killed and76 wounded. Records show that a total of 59 cases of assault have been reported.
