asked the. Minister of Works whether he will make such local arrangements as will enable Members who own motor cars to park them under cover in severe weather conditions while in attendance on this House.

I regret that I am unable to make such arrangements. So far as I can see, the only feasible way of doing so would be to erect a shelter in New Palace Yard and I do not think that such a proposal would commend itself to hon. Members generally.
