§ Sir T. Mooreasked the Minister of Food whether, in view of the large number of pigs which are now being slaughtered other than in Ministry slaughter-houses and licensed bacon factories, he will arrange that whenever licences are issued to self-suppliers for the slaughter of pigs, a notice is included indicating what are their obligations with regard to humane slaughter.
§ Mr. StracheyThe conditions and notes attached to self-supplier licences to slaughter already draw attention to the licensee's obligation to observe the regulations in regard to the slaughter of animals.
