Torrens, Conway House, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, have been lying at the L.M.S. Holyhead, since 5th November; that three applications to his Department for an import licence have produced no reply; and since L.M.S. Holyhead, are pressing urgently for their removal, if he will permit this, pending the issue of an import licence in due course.
