Mr. Charles Smith

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury in which Departments of the Civil Service it is the practice occasionally, and in which regularly, to send typing work out to agencies; what is the maximum rate of payment authorised for such work; and what sum has been spent in this way and in respect of which Departments during the most recent convenient period.
