§ Mr. TomlinsonI am sending the hon. and gallant Member a copy of the circular letter setting out the arrangements under which local education authorities, schools and youth organisations may obtain games and physical training clothing for loan to pupils or members. Footballs, hockey sticks and similar equipment may now be purchased through ordinary trade channels.
