§ 77. Mr. Skinnardasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether it is proposed to amend Section 53 (iv) (a) of the Malayan Union Labour Code, in the light of a recent Supreme Court judgment that workers on strike may be dismissed for breach of their agreements with their employers.
