Mr. De la Bèreasked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he will grant permission to motorists whose cars are licensed up to 31st December, 1947, to make use of them during the Christmas week for using up unexpired coupons which were available for November, 1947, having special regard to relieving congestion on the railways during this holiday week.
