Mrs. Mannasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if his attention has been drawn to the increasing number of houses, previously scheduled for demolition, now being offered for sale throughout Scotland; and if he will take action to prevent homeless people from purchasing at exorbitant prices property already listed with the local authority as unfit for human habitation, to be demolished at the earliest opportunity.
